Rental FAQs - Payments

How do I book?

Booking is completely self-serve and instant on our website. Select your package, choose your dates, and check out. The calendar blocks out your plinths immediately—no quote-and-wait loop.

What is your minimum rental period?

Our rentals run on a3-day cycle:

  • Day 1 – Pick-up / Delivery
  • Day 2 – Event Day
  • Day 3 – Return / Collection

Need extra time for set-up or teardown. Additional days are charged at the regular base fee per day.

What payments are taken at checkout?

At the time of booking we charge a non-refundable deposit (listed on each product page). This locks in your dates and iscreditedagainst your final invoice.

When is the balance due?

The remaining rental fee plus delivery (if applicable) and any extra charges is processed at return using the card on file. You’ll receive an e-mail reminder and a copy of the invoice.

Do you place a damage hold?

Yes. When you or our driver receive the plinths, we place a temporary hold for the replacement value on your card—think of it as a security deposit. The hold is automatically released within 24 hours of the plinths returning in good condition.

How is delivery calculated?

Delivery and pick-up are priced per order based on distance from our Toronto location and the number of plinths. The exact fee is shown at checkout once you enter the venue address. Store pick-up is always free.

What if I need to cancel or change my date?

Date changes are free up to 5 days before pick-up. Cancellations more than 5 days out forfeit the booking deposit; inside 48 hours the full rental fee is non-refundable because the plinths are already reserved and prepped.

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Load-tested to 100 kg (220 lb) on the centre of the top surface.
